Online student services
- Selecting the right program is a critical process. Our online representative will help you evaluate various online programs in light of your personal goals and resources. The representative will then walk you through the entire admissions and registration process.
- Online orientation. Practice all functions you will use on Blackboard, our online platform, including instant messaging, bulletin board posts, downloading lessons, taking quizzes and accessing databases.Check out a Blackboard demonstration—username and password are both MSBGuest.
- Library and research services. You will have access to extensive library resources and personal research assistance.
- Helpdesk. Our online helpdesk is staffed over 80 hours a week, and after-hours inquiries are answered promptly.
- Responsive instructors. Online students tell us the strongest feature of courses is the instructors, who respond quickly to questions via email, phone or instant messaging.
