Through Minnesota School of Business’s online division, Rochester students can earn a Master of Science in Management degree. A qualified applicant will have a bachelor's degree and two years of experience related to one of the MSM program's three emphases:

- MSM: Information Technology
- MSM: Managerial Leadership

- Health Care Management. The MSM: health care program prepares students for leadership positions with health care providers, policy organizations, government agencies, insurers and other industry organizations.
- Information Technology. The MSM: IT program provides industry-specific leadership training for those with experience in information technology, information systems, computer science or another area of computing.
- Managerial Leadership. The MSM: managerial leadership program prepares the professional with experience in marketing, operations, human resources or another niche to advance to mid or upper-level management.
Credit for prior learning
